SERVICES SET FOR MONDAY FOR MRS. LARSEN

Mrs. Edgar Larsen, resident of the Senior Citizen’s Home of Tekamah, passed away Friday a.m. Services will be held at the Methodist Church in Herman on Monday, July 12th at 2:00 p.m. The Bendorf Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements and interment will be at the Herman Cemetery.

SERVICES HELD IN HERMAN FOR MRS. EDGAR LARSEN

Services for Mrs. Edgar (Elna) Larsen, 77, were held Monday, July 12, 1976, 2:00 p.m. at the Herman Methodist Church, the Rev. William Whittaker officiating.

Mrs. Larsen was born April 16, 1899 near Blair, Nebraska and passed away Friday, July 9th at the Senior Citizen’s Home at Tekamah, Nebraska, where she had resided the past five years.

She was united in marriage to Edgar Larsen, February 18, 1920. They farmed west of Herman until entering the Home at Tekamah.

Mrs. Larsen is survived by her husband Edgar of Tekamah; a son Howard of Herman; daughters, Mrs. Mildred Ferguson of Omaha and Mrs. Andrew Hansen of Ft. Calhoun; eight grandchildren, Roger, Randall and Brian Larsen of Herman; Robert and Leonard Stewart of Omaha; Mrs. Don Davis of Algona, Iowa; David and Michael Hansen of Ft. Calhoun.

Two sisters survive: Mrs. Walter Novak of Blair, Laura Knutsen of Tekamah. She is preceded in death by parents Mr. and Mrs. Fred Knutsen of Orum.

Pallbearers were; Jack Cameron, Ralph Novak, Riley Brodersen, Victor Petersen, Gale Petersen, Jack Ericksen. Interment was in the Herman Cemetery.
