HANS C. LARSEN, 95, BURIED SAT.

Hans C. Larsen was born in Jutland, Denmark on Febr. 28th, 1872 and passed away at the Good Shepherd Home on Febr. 15, 1968.

He had been a resident of the Home since May of 1958. Had he lived until the 28th of this month he would have been 86 years of age.

Coming to this country at the age of 21 he had lived the rest of his life in Washington County.

In his early years he was a brick-layer by trade and later farmed for many years in the northwest part of the county.

He was married on Nov. 24, 1898 to Julia Good of Blair.

They were the parents of three children. Two daughters preceded him in death. Mrs. Larsen passed away in October 1957.

He is survived by one son, Menno, of Blair, 20 grandchildren, 44 great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren. Also one brother, Laurents Larsen of Evansville, Wis.

Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at 2 P.M. at the Bendorf Funeral Home, the Rev. George Pallesen officiating. Burial was in the Blair Cemetery.

Left to cherish his memory are his son, Menno C. Larsen, Blair, Nebraska; 20 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.

Services 2pm Saturday at the Bendorf Funeral Home, Blair, Nebraska
