SERVICES HELD FOR LORA LARSEN

Services were held Saturday, October 15, at First Lutheran Church for Lora Larsen, 92, who died October 13, 1983, at Crowell Memorial Home.

The Rev. Carl Schattauer, Jr., officiated. Burial was in the Orum Cemetery.

Lora Larsen was born in Blair on January 24, 1891, to Berthel and Lena Oberbrickman Miller. She married Lars Larsen May 1, 1913.

She was a laundress at Crowell Home. She was a member of the American War Mothers.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents; one daughter, Iris; three brothers and four sisters.

She is survived by one son, Ivan Larsen, Blair; and one daughter, Lora Lee Hansen, Tekamah. Two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren also survive her.

Pallbearers were Dennis Altekruse, Jack Jensen, Gus Rolland, Harland Wulf, Myron Walker and Steve Larsen.

Clare Cowing was organist. Dave Carlsen was vocalist.

Campbell Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
