LUCILLE I. LARSEN, 79

Lucille I. Larsen, 79, of rural Herman died Sunday, Sept. 22, 2002, at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 24, at the Herman Community Church. Interment will be in the Herman Cemetery.

Lucille I. Larsen was born March 21, 1923, in Blair to Hans and Sarah (Jensen) Andersen. She attended the McCarthy School and graduated from Blair High School.

On April 25, 1950, she married Howard Larsen at the Methodist Church in Blair. The couple have resided west of Herman for the past 52 years. Mrs. Larsen was a member of the Herman Community Church and Eastern Star.

Mrs. Larsen is survived by her husband, Howard; two sons and daughters-in-law, Roger and Debra Larsen, and Brian and Kris Larsen, all of Herman; three grandsons and a granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by a son, Randall; brother, Elmer Andersen; and an infant sister, Opal.

Memorials are suggested to the Herman Community Church or the Herman Rescue Squad.
