Belva "Leona" Plambeck, 99

Belva "Leona" Plambeck, 99, of Blair, died Thursday, August 16, 2012, at Good Shepherd Home in Blair.

Services will be 2 p.m. Monday, August 20, at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Blair Cemetery.

Belva Leona Kephart was born September 30, 1912, at Pacific Junction, Iowa, to W.B. and Listie Lillian (Smith) Kephart. She lived in Iowa until the age of 21 when she moved to Washington County. On September 22, 1934, she married Vernon L. Hineline. Mr. Hineline died on July 28, 1967. On June 15, 1969, she married Lavern Plambeck and moved to a farm at Millard. Mr. Plambeck died on March 28, 2003.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Norman and Marlene Hineline of Omaha; seven grandchildren; 12 great- grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; sister, Lucille Allen of Knoxville, Tenn.; and brother, Eugene Kephart of Council Bluffs, Iowa.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Vernon Hineline and Lavern Plambeck; daughter, Lola Thompson; grandchildren, Keith, Carol and Ray Thompson Jr.; brothers, Alvin, Ross, Melvin and Claudie; and sisters, Madge Stacy, Maudie Jones and Fern Aaberg.

Blair, Nebraska. Survived by son and daughter-in-law, Norman and Marlene Hineline of Omaha; sister, Lucille Allen of Knoxville, Tennessee; brother, Eugene Kephart of Council Bluffs, Iowa; 7 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation begins at 2pm Sunday with family receiving friends from 6-8pm at the Funeral home. Funeral Service at 2pm Monday at Campbell Aman Funeral Home. Burial in the Blair Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to Good Shepherd Lutheran Home in Blair.
