Funeral services were held Wednesday, June 23rd at the First United Methodist Church in Blair for Mrs. Sarah S. Andersen. The Rev. Gordon Patterson officiated.

Mrs. Andersen had died at her home in Blair on Sunday, June 20th. She was 86 years of age.

The deceased was preceded in death by her husband, Hans M. Andersen and a daughter who died in infancy.

She is survived by a son, Elmer Andersen of Blair and by a daughter, Mrs. Lucille Larsen of Herman. There are six grandsons and one great-grandson.

A brother Fred H. Jensen and a sister, Mrs. Alice Therkelsen live at Blair.

Pallbearers were Fred Andersen, David Andersen, Roger Larsen, Randall Larsen, Brian Larsen and Norman Curley. Interment, under the direction of the Bendorf Funeral Home was made in the Blair Cemetery.
