Ralph S. Greer, 86, of Herman, died Dec. 3, 1998, at Omaha.

Services were Monday, Dec. 7, at Calvary Baptist Church in Omaha with the Rev. Dave Ludwick and the Rev. Thomas Thompson officiating. Burial was in Hillcrest Cemetery in Omaha.

Ralph S. Greer was born Aug. 11, 1912, in Omaha. On March 2, 1935, he married Vivian Hollander in Omaha. He worked in electronics.

Mr. Greer moved to Herman in 1994 after Mrs. Greer died.

He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Omaha. He attended First Christian Church in Blair.

He is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Cleo Greer of Council Bluffs, Iowa; one daughter and son-in-law, Sharron and Jon Potadle of Herman; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Boyd Braman was in charge of arrangements.
