| Funeral services for Margaret C. Andersen will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 30, at the First Lutheran Church with burial in the Blair Cemetery.
Margaret passed away at the Memorial Community Hospital on May 26, 1989 after a lengthy illness. She was born on December 2, 1912 at Blair, Nebraska to Frank B. and Martha Vonlanken Linden.
She graduated from Blair High School and attended Dana, Wayne, and Midland College. Margaret taught school for many years in Washington and Douglas Counties.
On June 5, 1935 she married S. Walter Andersen. They farmed west of Blair, before moving to Blair in 1960.
Margaret is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Donald and Mardell Andersen of Blair; granddaughter, Mrs. Daniel (Pam) Santos of Omaha, Nebraska and grandson, Paul Andersen of Blair.
Margaret was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Walter, in 1970; and a brother, George Bert Linden.
