Delbert “Brady” Green, 66
Services for Delbert “Brady” Green, 66, who died at his home March 24, 1993, will be 1 p.m. Saturday, March 27, at the Herman Legion Hall with military graveside services at the Herman Cemetery.
Delbert Green was born December 23, 1926, at Gallatin, Missouri to Forest and Alma Koch Green. At the age of four, he moved to Herman with his parents and has resided in the Herman area his entire life.
He attended school in Herman and served in the United States Army during World War II from 1941-1946. He worked for Fred Weaver, the Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Service and for Hancock Farms.
He was a member of Jackson-Peck American Legion Post No. 274. He had served on the Herman Fire Department for 30 years.
He married Wanda McDonald at Papillion April 9, 1959.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister and two brothers.
He is survived by his wife, Wanda; three step-children, Shirley Schutt, Herman; Phillip McDonald, Norwalk, California; Phyllis Seiders, Clinton, Iowa; nine step-grandchildren; one sister, Mary Wright, Foxhorne, Minnesota; five nephews and four nieces.
Campbell-Aman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
