Services for Edward J. Gray, 53, of Palmdale, California, and formerly of Bennington, who died March 4, 1993, at his home after a lingering illness, were held in Palmdale, California, Sunday, March 7, at Halley-Olsen Funeral Chapel.

Edward J. Gray was born January 20, 1940, to Albert and Mary Kavenda Gray. He graduated from Bennington High School in 1958.

After serving in the United States Navy he made his home in California. He worked for Hughs Air Craft for 25 years.

He married Carol Myers March 10, 1968.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife, Carol; daughters, Michelle Farmer, Laurel Etue of Palmdale; sisters, Barbara Kumm of Fort Calhoun, Alberta Gray, Omaha; and nephews, Dale Kumm and Richard Kumm, both of Fort Calhoun.
