Died

In this city Thursday, November 16th, of cancer of the stomach and bowels, John W. Gray, aged about 50 years.

Mr. Gray was a corporal of Co. D. 10th Ill. infantry and has lived in this county some ten or fifteen years. During this time he was one of the road overseers for many years in Blair township and is well known to most of our citizens. His body was interred in the Blair cemetery on Saturday.
