Mr. and Mrs. Frank Gossard, of Columbus, brought the body of their son, Waldo, aged 24 years, to this city Monday morning for burial in the Blair cemetery. He was assistant manager of a big ranch near Sheridan, Wyo., and he died at the hospital in Sheridan last Thursday of typhoid fever.

Mr. Gossard is a brother of Phill Gossard and formerly lived up in the Vacoma neighborhood west of Herman. Mrs. Gossard was formerly Miss Jennie Dawson, and her brother, Irwell Dawson, of Madison, Neb., was here to attend the burial service. The Dawsons lived in Blair for many years.

Besides his parents, the young man leaves two sisters and three brothers, Ethel, Carl, Earl, Ralph and Marie, all of whom were here. Also Mrs. J. B. Adams and Miss Beulah Adams, of Omaha, and Mrs. Ward Loomis and Mrs. R. McPherson, of Craig. Rev. George Williams conducted the funeral service at Columbus Sunday afternoon. Rev. J. M. Kokjer offered prayer at the grave.
