Services for Louis M. Graver, 87, of Hooper, who died December 13, 1994, at Memorial Hospital of Dodge County in Fremont, were Friday, December 16, at Elim Lutheran Church at Swaburg. Rev. Mark Eldal officiated. Burial was in the church cemetery.

Louis M. Graver was born June 15, 1907, in Craig, Nebraska. He attended North Argo School and Alder Grove School.

He married Frieda Popken December 5, 1931, at Hooper. They farmed east of Swaburg.

He retired in 1984 and moved to Hooper Care Center in August, 1991.

He was a member of Elim Lutheran Church at Swaburg and the Farmers Co-op Associations of Hooper and Uehling.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Frieda, September 7, 1982; two sisters and a daughter.

He is survived by two sons, James of Omaha and Larry of Arlington; two daughters, Doris Noonen of Omaha and Norma Graver of Cupertino, California; a sister, Clara Larson of Oakland; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Warne-Johnson Funeral Home in Hooper was in charge of arrangements.
