Helen V. Paulson, 86

Helen V. Paulson, 86, of Fremont, died Monday, September 10, 2012, at her home.

A memorial service will be 11 a.m., Thursday, September 13 at Moser Memorial Chapel in Fremont, A book signing will be Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m. with the family receiving friends from 6 to 8 p.m., all at the funeral home.

Helen V. Robinson was born December 19, 1925, in Blair to Lewis and Laura (Carmichael) Robinson.

She grew up in Blair and graduated from Blair High School.

She married Neal M. Paulson on December 9, 1944, at Blair.

The couple moved to Fremont in 1946. She was co-owner and secretary of Paulson T.V. & Appliance in Fremont.

She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Susie and Curt Desler of Colon; sons and daughters-in-law, Mike and Kathy Paulson, Rod Paulson, Larry and Laura Paulson, all of Omaha, and Charley and Pam Paulson of Papillion; brother and sister-in-law, Dale and Mary Robinson of Blair; sister, Annie Lowther of Fremont; sisters-in-law, Mary Robinson of Fremont and Sue Robinson of Omaha; nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband on Feb. 6, 2000; sister, Francis Rhalfs; and five brothers, Walter, Willy, Les, Earl and Roland.

Memorials may be given to the Fremont Area Medical Center Hospice Program.
