Funeral service was held Monday, March 14, 2:00 p.m. at the Bendorf Funeral Home for Mr. Reinhold Louis Garske of Omaha who passed away on March 11. Mr. Garske was born in Blair on March 30, 1886, the son of August and Augusta Garske, and lived in Blair until 1924 when he moved to Omaha where he resided until his death. On July 5, 1922, he was married to Miss Johanna Quist. He is survived by his wife, and his daughter, Mrs. LeRoy Larsen; a grandson, Larry Larsen, two sisters, Mrs. Wm. Gibson of Omaha, and Mrs. Hattie Frahm of Chicago.

R. L. “Padjo” Garske Buried Here Monday

Reinhold Louis “Padjo” Garske, 62, one time Blairite, died in Omaha Friday. He was the son of the late August Garske, pioneer Blair tailor.

The body was brought to the Bendorf Funeral Home here, where rites were conducted at 2 p.m. Monday by the Rev. H. C. Jorgensen of First Lutheran Church. Interment followed in Blair Cemetery.

Mr. Garske, son of August and Augusta Garske, was born in Blair Mar. 30, 1886, and lived here until 1924, when he moved to Omaha. He and Miss Johanna Quist of Blair were married July 5, 1922.

Surviving Mr. Garske are his wife, Johanna; a daughter, Mrs. Leroy Larsen; a grandson, Larry Larsen; and two sisters, Mrs. William Gibson of Omaha and Mrs. Hattie Frahm of Chicago.
