Services for Gladys Grimm Held Tuesday

Funeral services for Mrs. Gladys Grimm were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 26, at the Bader-Rozanek Colonial Home in Fremont. Rev. Gerald E. Begley of Fremont’s Bethel Assembly of God Church officiated, with organist Ruth Katz and vocalists Dan and Kay Hutsell.

Burial was at the Arlington Cemetery. A memorial fund has been set up for the church.

Gladys was born May 16, 1916, at Dodge County Memorial Hospital in Fremont to Sullivan and Hazel (Richie) Gaylord. She was a 4-H club member for many years, professional cook, homemaker and a member of the Bethel Assembly of God Church.

She married Ernest Grimm of RR 3 Fremont July 19, 1964. He survives. She died Friday, Feb. 22, at the Fremont Hospital at the age of 68.

Other survivors include brothers Don Gaylord of Red Bluff, California and Duane Gaylord of Chico, California. A son preceded her in death.

Pallbearers were Eugene Volnek, Dale Kappeler, Lee Nielsen, Albert Anson, Dan Hutsell and Charles Baker.
