The remains of Arthur Waterman, who died at his home here on Sunday evening, July 25, following an illness of tuberculosis of several years duration were laid to rest in the family lot near the church on Wednesday afternoon. Rev. E. Klotsche, of Midland College preached the funeral sermon both in the German and English languages. A quartette of ladies furnished the vocal music and the floral tributes were very profuse.

A number of relatives of the deceased from out of town were present to attend the funeral.
