Emily Watts, 72, died October 20, 1986 at a Council Bluffs, Iowa hospital.

Mrs. Watts was born in Wymore and later her parents moved to Blair. She was one of 18 children born to Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Menard.

She married Wilbur Watts of Blair. To them, five children were born: Robert of Warsaw, Illinois; Marvin and Jerry of Council Bluffs; Sharon Nichols and Pauline Thompkins of Council Bluffs.

Other survivors include one brother Bernard (Benny) Menard of Omaha, 21 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.

Burial was in the Memorial Park Cemetery at Council Bluffs, Iowa.

Wilber Watts died in 1985.
