William K. Zanton, 23

Funeral services will be Saturday, June 17, at First Lutheran Church in Genesco, Illinois, for William (Bill) K. Zanton, 23 who died Sunday afternoon in a traffic accident near Harrisonville, Missouri. Burial will be in Roseville, Illinois.

A memorial service will also be held Saturday, June 17, at 1:30 p.m., at Camp Carol Joy Holling in Ashland, Nebraska.

Bill Zanton was a December, 1989, Dana College graduate. He did his student teaching in English under Dawn Nielsen at Blair High School. Following graduation, he worked in the administration office at Dana College through the spring semester. He then went to Camp Carol Joy Holling where he worked as a counselor for youth there.

He and his wife, Kelly, were married June 10 in the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Student Center. She survives.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his parents, William and Linda Zanton; two brothers, and one sister.

Memorials may be made to Camp Carol Joy Holling or the Genesco, Illinois, High School Speech program.
