#2- 24 Dec., 1903 - The Blair Republican - Emily (Haller) Zellers

Last Saturday Theodore Haller received the sad news of the death of his daughter, Emily, wife of Albert Zellers of Sioux City, at Aiken, South Carolina where she went with her mother, hoping to get relief from consumption about two months ago. Friends and relatives thought she was improving and this last news is a sad surprise to them. Deceased was of a sunny, sweet disposition, and her sudden removal casts shadows over the hearts of all who knew her. She was 30 years of age, and leaves no family except the bereaved husband. The remains will arrive soon.
