Donna B. Zimmerman, 85, died Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2009.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30, at the Heafey-Heafey-Hoffmann-Dworak-Cutler West Center Chapel in Omaha.

Donna B. Recroft was born Dec. 13, 1923, in Lincoln to Ralph and Madeline Recroft, and married to Robert J. Zimmerman.

She retired from Millard Lumber and volunteered at Methodist Hospital in Omaha.

Mrs. Zimmerman is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Patti and Emery Lounsberry of Blair; sons and daughter-in-law, Thomas Zimmerman of Omaha, and Mike and Joyce Zimmerman of Springfield; grandchildren, Christopher Zimmerman of Lincoln, Chad and Kristy Zimmerman, Stacey Zimmerman, Greg and Paula Zimmerman of Omaha; great-granddaughter, Hannah Nichole; brother and sister-in-law, Rollin and Josie Recroft of Houston, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert.

Memorials are suggested to Christ Lutheran Church in Louisville.
