The remains of Fremont Zimmerman arrived Sunday and were laid to rest in the Blair cemetery. Mr. Zimmerman was born at Cuming City in January, 1860, and died at his home in Harrison county, Iowa, last Saturday, aged 52 years. He had suffered for some time with diabetes and his death was not unlooked for. He is survived by three half-brothers, Chris, Henry and Gayhart Mehrens, of this city. Deceased was well known to many of our older citizens, but left here about twelve years ago, since which time he lived on a farm across the river.
