Kenneth C. Zulfer, 62, of Fort Calhoun, died Saturday, Dec. 20, 1997, at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair.

Memorial services are 11 a.m. Tuesday at Luther Memorial Church in Omaha. There will be a private family burial in the Fort Calhoun Cemetery.

Mr. Zulfer was born Sept. 17, 1935, in Omaha, to Edith (Abels) and Clem Zulfer. He married Cathy Monaghan March 8, 1958, in Omaha.

Survivors are his wife, Cathy, Fort Calhoun; daughters and son-in-law, Shirley and Don Knight, Omaha, and Cindy Zulfer, Omaha; grandchildren, Adam, Jennifer and Matt and three brothers, Gene Zulfer of Fort Worth, Tex.; Jerry Zulfer of Omaha and Jim Zulfer of Elkhorn.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Patty.
