Cindy L. Allen, 48

Cindy L. Allen, 48, of Magnolia, Iowa, who had worked in Blair, died Sunday, Sept. 23, 2012, at her home in Magnolia, Iowa.

Inurnment will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 28, in Harris Grove Cemetery near Logan, Iowa. The family invites everyone to a time of lunch and fellowship at Logan Christian Church, 205 E. Eighth St., Logan, following the committal services at the cemetery.

Cindy L. Allen was born April 23, 1964, in Iowa City, Iowa, to Raymond E. “Bud” and Helen (Ager) Allen.

She graduated from Logan High School with the Class of 1982.

She had worked at Westmont Care Center in Logan and No Frills Supermarket in Blair.

She loved her grandchildren and her dog, Mugzy. She enjoyed collecting angels, and she was very artistic and loved drawing.

She is survived by her mother, Helen Allen of Logan; daughter, Nichole Madsen of Modale, Iowa; son, Bryce Allen of Ames, Iowa; significant other, Phil Craig of Magnolia; two grandchildren; an aunt and uncle; cousins and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Raymond “Bud” Allen, and infant brother, Brian.

Logan Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
