Margaret Webb, 82

Margaret Webb, 82, of Muncie, Ind., died Saturday, April 12, 2003, at Immanuel Hospital in Omaha.

Funeral services were Tuesday, April 15, at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home. Graveside services will be 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Muncie.

Margaret Webb was born April 14, 1920, in Avoca, Iowa, to Otis and Alma (Poole) Bair. She graduated from St. Edward (Neb.) High School.

She moved to Blair with her family in 1955 and was very involved with many community organizations and the First Methodist Church. After her marriage to Cecil Webb on Oct. 10, 1976, they moved to Muncie, Ind.

Mrs. Webb was dedicated to her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She was an active member of Gethsemane United Methodist Church in Muncie.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Jerry and Linda Brunk of Fremont; daughter, Barbara Hoxsie of Blair; stepchildren and spouses; Muriel “Peep” and Jerry Dye of Perkinston, Miss., Mary Jo and Chuck Pilkington of Muncie; five grandchildren and their spouses, six step-grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren; one brother and sister-in-law, Gerald and Mildred Bair of Atlantic, Iowa.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil, and son-in-law, Butch Hoxsie.

Campbell-Aman Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
