Services for Mynard N. Ubbelohde, 94, of Fremont who died at Arbor Manor in Fremont September 26, 1995, were Friday, September 29, at St. Timothy Lutheran Church in Fremont. The Rev. Dana Mark officiated. Burial was in Prairie View Cemetery at Washington.

Mynard N. Ubbelohde was born July 4, 1901, in Glenbeulah, Wisconsin. He grew up in Wisconsin until moving to the Millard area in 1930.

He lived and farmed in the Millard, Bennington and Washington area and also drove a school bus for the Washington School District. He retired in 1975 and moved to Fremont that year.

He was a member of St. Timothy Lutheran Church in Fremont and a former member of the Washington Community Church and the Washington Grange at Washington.

He married Leona Steen December 30, 1925, in Omaha. She preceded him in death July 2, 1995.

He was also preceded in death by his parents, Theodore and Ida Adams Ubbelohde; a son, Lyle, a sister, Dorothy Meisel and brothers, Donald Ubbelohde and Leslie Ubbelohde.

He is survived by a daughter-in-law, Erma (Mrs. Everett) Trisler of Fremont and nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers were Frank Roelke, Paul Meisel, Harvey Meisel, Kingsley Meisel, Russell Glasshoff, Donald Glasshoff and Elmer Sasse.

Memorials may be directed to St. Timothy Lutheran Church in Fremont.
