HAROLD LAUTRUP PASSED AWAY AFTER LINGERING ILLNESS

Harold Lautrup, well-known former Arlington business man, died at the Dodge County Hospital in Fremont last Sunday. He had been in failing health for a number of months.

Mr. Lautrup, prior to his retirement from business several years ago, had operated an Arlington cafe and tavern.

The deceased was born at Corley, Iowa March 22, 1903, and was 65 years of age at the time of his death.

Mr. Lautrup is survived by his wife, the former Margaret Widener and by a daughter, Jean Lautrup who reside at Arlington.

He is also survived by three brothers and four sisters.

The brothers are Howard Lautrup, of Omaha; Henry Lautrup, of Kennard; and Edward Lautrup of Omaha.

The sisters are Mrs. Neal (Viola) Vreugdenhill, Omaha; Mrs. Carl (Leona) Sorensen of Blair; Mrs. William (Bertha) Jorgensen, Blair; and Mrs. Norman (Dorothy) Misfeldt of Arlington.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, October 30th at the Campbell Mortuary in Blair, with Mrs. Eleanor Powell conducting the services. Burial was made in the cemetery at Kennard, Nebraska. The pallbearers were Lester French, Howard Scheer, Albert Sunds, Leo Woodcock, Gordon Plugge and Alfred Hansen.
