Beverly Y. Marsh, 59, of Blair died Friday, Aug. 13, 2010, in Blair after a battle with cancer.

Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 18, at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home in Blair. Interment will be in Madison Square Cemetery near Taylor.

Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 17, with family receiving friends from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Beverly Yvonne Hanneman was born June 18, 1951, in Highland, Kan., to Herbert and Shirley (Taylor) Hanneman. The family moved to Omaha in her infancy.

She attended school at Omaha North High. She lived in Omaha and Blair most of her life. She spent much of the last 10 years residing in the Burwell and Taylor area.

She was known for making guardian angel blankets for newborn children as personal gifts that they will cherish all their lives.

Survivors include three children, Dawn and husband William Kalin, and Larry Gip Marsh Jr., all of Blair, and Jini Keller of Omaha; fiancée Gene Thoene of Taylor; brother, Herb Hanneman of Blair; and eight grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and sisters, Donna Lee, Phyllis and Betty Mae.
