Services will be 10 a.m. Friday, August 16 at Boyd E. Broman Funeral Home in Omaha for George Bill Engelke, 73, who died August 13, 1991.

George Bill Engelke was born January 23, 1918, in Blair. He was also raised in Blair.

He was a retired master sergeant in the United States Air Force.

He is survived by his wife, Betty; two daughters, Marietta Lorch, Omaha and Lola Engelke, Omaha; two sons, William Engelke, Omaha and Jerry Engelke, Des Moines, Iowa; 11 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a sister, June Woodring and a brother, Tim Engelke.
