Services Held In Omaha For Blairite’s Kin

Funeral services were held Wednesday, January 12, at Crosby Kunold Burket’s Farnam Chapel for Ruth L. Upchurch, 70, of Omaha. Burial was in Hillcrest Cemetery.

She is survived by two sons, Bill of Blair and Kermit. Four grandsons, Eddie, Mike, Ron and Berwin; granddaughter, Bernae; sister-in-law, Wilma Upchurch; brother, Bill Turpin; and a brother-in-law, Truex Upchurch, also survive her.

Memorials or donations are being sent to First Baptist Church in Blair or the Crossroads Urban Center for Children.
