William E. “Bill” Upchurch, 62

William E. “Bill” Upchurch of Fort Calhoun died Monday, Feb. 21, at Immanuel Hospital in Omaha.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 25, at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Blair Cemetery.

William E. Upchurch was born Jan. 5, 1938, to Kermit and Ruth (Turpin) Upchurch in Omaha. He was a graduate of South High School. He was a butcher and at one time had a meat market in Blair.

He is survived by three sons, Kermit “Ed” of Fremont; Ron of Jacksonville, Fla.; and Mike of Florida; and an aunt, Wilma Upchurch of Millard.

Campbell-Aman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
