Services Held January 3 For Letha Utterback

Services for Mrs. Letha A. Utterback, York, Nebraska, were held January 3, 1977, at a 10 a.m. service at the Metz Chapel. Reverend Edward Bayless, Durango, Colorado, conducted the services. Burial was at Brittan Cemetery, Elkhorn, Nebraska.

Born February 5, 1892, Mrs. Utterback was 84 at the time of her death at the York Leisure Home, York, Nebraska.

She is survived by sons Henry Gaver, Waco, Nebraska; Charles Gaver, McCook, Nebraska; Glen Gaver, York; and a foster son, Bill Jenkins of Worcester; daughters Mrs. Helen Haines, Wichita, Kansas; Mrs. Wilma Haines, York, Nebraska; and three step-daughters, Ardith Kelley, Carrier Mills, Illinois; Nadine Lund, South Pasadena, California, Mrs. John (Bernice) Hansen, Arlington.

One sister, Mrs. Mae Mead, Valley, Nebraska; twenty five grandchildren; thirty-one great-grandchildren; and eighteen great-great-grandchildren survive her.

Pall bearers for the services were Larry Gaver, Robert E. Gaver, Ronald Hirschfield, Mark Gaver, David Haines, and Russell Rice.

Arrangements for the services were made by the Metz Mortuary.
