The funeral of George Wentworth, which was held last Saturday, was largely attended by friends and relatives from out of town.

• Birth: 8 Mar 1850 Death: 22 Sep 1909 Additional information, thanks to Mrs. B. 1900 US Census shows George and Martha, with their three children. George was working as a day laborer, and Martha was his wife. George had been born in New York, and Martha in Missouri. Their daughter, Ella, b. 1880, had been born in Iowa. Rosa, another daughter, was born in Nebraska in 1886. Their son James (not buried with them) had been born in 1890 in Nebraska. Little Hattie Wentworth had died in 1895, so she wasn't included in the census.
