Dora Mary Wenz, 92, of Blair, died Saturday, April 25, 1999, at her daughter’s residence.

Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 28 at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home.

Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. on Tuesday.

Dora Mary Wenz was born March 27, 1907, to Fredrick and Eda (Martin) Schneider in Blair.

She attended the Wranch School.

Lifelong farmers, the couple farmed in the Blair area.

Dora was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses on April 14, 1943, and she faithfully shared her beliefs with others.

She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Wilma and Donald Stepanek of Blair; Delores and Lyman Andersen of Omaha; four sons and daughters-in-law, Otto and Sharon Wenz of Tekamah, Windsor and Pattie Wenz, Perry, Iowa, Richard and Diana Wenz of Blair and Roger Wenz of Blair; and 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, who died in December of 1996; her son, Daniel; and two brothers, Louis and Thomas Schneider.

Campbell-Aman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
