Anna M. Wesemann Services Were Held Tuesday

Funeral services for Mrs. Anna M. Wesemann, of Bennington, were held Tuesday afternoon from St. John’s Lutheran Church at Bennington. Mrs. Wesemann, 85 years of age, was known to many in Washington County.

She is survived by three sons, Louis, Albert and Henry, all of Kennard, a son William, of Silverton, Oregon, and sons Elmer and Herman, of Blair. Daughters are Mrs. Ella Rohwer, of Omaha, Mrs. Arthur Sass, Bennington, Mrs. Harry Gaston, of South Gate, California, Mrs. Fred Schumaker and Mrs. George Lauritsen, of Kennard, Mrs. Henry Grebe, Jr., of Bennington, 42 grandchildren and 44 great-grandchildren.

The Rev. Norman Schroeder conducted the funeral services and interment was made in the German Cemetery in the south part of Washington County. Haden-Golden Mortuary was in charge of arrangements.
