Mrs. Victor Enger Buried Tuesday

Mrs. Victor Enger passed away at the Blair Community Memorial Hospital Sunday, September 12th following a lingering illness.

Bernice Dorothy Voss was born to Mr. and Mrs. Otto Voss at Blair on September 16, 1921. She would have been 44 years of age this Thursday.

On December 3, 1941, she was married to Victor Enger in Fremont. They lived on a farm near Herman.

Survivors besides her husband are three daughters, Mrs. Gene Utterback (Arlene) of Ralston, Miss Elaine Enger of Omaha and Susan at home and one son, Marvin. Also a grandson, Bradley Utterback, her mother, Mrs. Margaret Voss of Blair, four sisters, Mrs. Herman Knutzen (Ann) of Omaha, Mrs. Clarence Schneekloth (Viola) Ames, Nebraska, Mrs. Arnold Schmidt (Irene) Bennington, Mrs. Louis Nielsen (Maxine) Kennard and one brother, Clarence Voss of Ft. Calhoun.

Funeral services were Tuesday, September 14th at the First Lutheran Church in Blair with the Rev. George Pallesen officiating. Burial was in the Blair Cemetery with the Bendorf Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers were Ted Swanson of Omaha, Julius and Ted Weber, Wayne Loftis, Curtis Petersen and Howard Widener of Herman.
