Kathy L. Keller, 59

Kathy L. Keller, 59, died Sunday, October 21, 2012, at her home in Blair. Memorial services will be 10 a.m. Friday, October 26, at First Lutheran Church in Blair. There will be no visitation.

Kathy L. Sonderup was born November 13, 1952, in Blair to Delmar and Kay Sonderup.

On July 3, 1989, she married Rueben "Gene" Keller. The couple had been together since 1975.

She lived in the Blair area most of her life. She had worked at Good Shepherd Lutheran Home prior to losing her eyesight in 1992. After that, she was a stay- at-home wife and helped take care of her grandchildren.

She was known for being the jokester of the family even through all the health complications she endured.

She lived for her grandchildren, family and her pets. She had loved them all and they loved her dearly.

She is survived by her husband, Gene; children, John "Tuna" and Gail Haverkamp of Tekamah, Amanda Keller of Blair, Derek Keller and Katie Kephart of Herman; her mother, Kay Sonderup of Blair; brother and sister-in- law, Steven and Mary Lou Sonderup of Herman; sister and brother-in-law, Vicki and David Angle of Blair; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, Delmar; granddaughter, Eleana; and grandmother, Ruth Fleming.

Memorials are suggested to the family.
