William W. White, 60

William W. White, 60, of Portland, Ore., died Monday, November 19, 2012, in Portland.

Visitation will be 4 to 7 p.m., Tuesday, November 27, at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home in Blair. William W. White attended Fort Calhoun High School.

He is survived by his partner, Varunee Bush; and his mother, Doris Baker.

William W. "Bill" White, 60, of Portland, Ore., died Monday, November 19, 2012, in Portland.

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, November 28, at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home in Blair. Visitation will be 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Blair Cemetery.

William W. "Bill" White was born January 21, 1952, in Ankara, Turkey, to Warner R. and Doris White, a military family.

He attended Fort Calhoun High School.

He worked tirelessly his entire life to better himself so he could provide a quality life for those he loved.

After he met the love of his life, Dauranee Bush, they moved to Florida and then spent several months traveling across America; from north to south and east to west.

The couple moved to Nebraska in 1998. In 2000, they moved to Portland where he spent the remainder of his life.

He is survived by his beloved life partner, Daurunee Bush of Portland; children, David, Lisa and Lori of Indianapolis, Ind.; mother, Doris Baker of Omaha; sisters, Virginia Lowe (Jeanne Ford) of Binghamton, N.Y., Kathleen Bader (Warren) of Virginia Beach, Va., and Elizabeth Saitta of Omaha; brothers, Bruce White (Barb), Richard Baker (Julie) and Kenneth Baker (Beverly), all of Omaha; and stepfather, Bob Baker of Omaha.

He was preceded in death by his father, Warner R. White.

Memorials may be directed to the Omaha Home for Boys.
