Edna Vincent To Be Buried In North Bend

Funeral services will be Tuesday, March 24, at 2 p.m. at the United Presbyterian Church in North Bend for Mrs. Edna Vincent, 83, who died at the Fremont Hospital March 21, 1981.

Rev. Orin Graff will conduct the services. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery in North Bend.

Edna Vincent was born in Schuyler, Nebraska, on July 1, 1898, to Anson and Caroline Gutschow Van Housen. She married Harold Vincent on August 28, 1920, in Omaha.

She was a resident of Arlington for twenty years and had worked for Drs. Cady and Otto for several years. She had also lived in the North Bend area before moving to Fremont.

She is survived by her husband, Harold, of Fremont; one son, William Vincent of Idaho; and two daughters, Mrs. Gerald (Alice) Kruger of North Bend, and Mrs. Fred (Shirley) Longwith of Fremont. Two sisters, Mrs. Leonard Wachal and Mrs. Ronald McKenzie, both of Schuyler; nine grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren also survive her.

Music will be provided by Mrs. James Arneal. Mrs. Jack Cady will be the soloist.

Pallbearers will be Leonard Dahlheim, Dr. Lewis Otto, Bill Gidding, Jerry Kruger, Jr., Mike Scott and Tom Fitzinger.
