Services were Friday, September 6 at the Presbyterian Church in Missouri Valley, Iowa for Alma P. Wiese, 84 of Missouri Valley who died September 2, 1991 at her home. Rev. Edward Fish officiated. Burial was in the Blair Cemetery.

Alma P. Wiese was born July 12, 1907 to Hans and Johanna Hansen Schmidt in Fort Calhoun, Nebraska. She married Ferdinand Wiese February 12, 1929.

They lived and farmed all their married lives in Harrison County. She was active in the Presbyterian women’s club.

She was preceded in death by her husband, August 26, 1982.

She is survived by one daughter, Maxine Henderson of Stephenville, Texas; one granddaughter, Lydia Henderson of Stephenville, Texas; two grandsons, John and his wife, Marsha Henderson of San Antonio, Texas; and Joseph Voegeli of Stephenville, Texas; two great-granddaughters and one sister, Amanda Harder of Elkhorn, Nebraska.

Hennessey-VanCleave-Hurley Funeral Home Chapel in Missouri Valley was in charge of arrangements.
