Services For Mrs. Don Eppley Are Pending

The Blair Rescue Squad was called to the home of the Don Eppley family, in the Baronage Addition of Blair, on Sunday morning, February 19th. Three members of the Eppley family had become ill.

Mrs. Jane Eppley, 34, reportedly had died and the two Eppley children had become ill. The children were taken to the Blair Hospital where they were treated and released. The father and husband, Don Eppley, was at home but did not need hospital treatment.

Investigation is underway as to a possible carbon monoxide situation.

Services are pending for Mrs. Eppley at the Crosby Kunold West Side Chapel in Omaha.

Services Are Held In Omaha For Jane Eppley

Prayer services for Jane Maureen Eppley, nee Sackett, of 391 Baronage Drive, Blair, will be held at the Crosby-Burkett Chapel, 119 Center Street, Omaha, on Wednesday, Feb. 22, 1978 at 7:00 p.m. for family and friends.

Funeral services will be Thursday, February 23, at 11:00 a.m. at All Saints Episcopal Church, 92nd and Blondo, Omaha. Interment will be in the Herman Cemetery at 1:00 p.m.

Mrs. Eppley is survived by her husband, Donald N. Eppley; two small daughters, Amy and Sarah; her mother, Darleen Sackett, of Omaha; a brother, Calvin Kent Sackett, of Louisburg, Kansa; and her grandmother, Mrs. Julia Petersen, of Blair. Many relatives and friends also survive her.
