Mrs. Robert Wiese Succumbs Following Lengthy Illness

Funeral services were held at the Fort Calhoun Presbyterian Church on Monday, January 15, 1979 for Mrs. Robert (Doloras) Wiese, 47, who passed away on January 12th, following a lengthy illness. She died at Immanuel Hospital in Omaha. Funeral services were under the direction of Siever-Sprick Funeral Home, and burial was made at Fort Calhoun Cemetery. Reverend Lynn Williams conducted services.

Pallbearers were Jerry Wiese, John Wiese, David Phalan, Stevan Phalan, Bill Husk and Roland Husk.

Doloras Doty was born in Omaha on April 25, 1931 to Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Doty. On October 30, 1954 she was united in marriage to Robert Wiese at Fort Calhoun. They had three children, all of whom survive; Gary of York, and Terry and Cynthia of Fort Calhoun. Mrs. Wiese is also survived by her parents, of Fort Calhoun; two sisters, Beverly Phalan of Omaha and Phylis Husk of Fort, Calhoun; and three brothers, Clarence and Richard of California and Owen of Lincoln.

Mrs. Wiese was a member of Naomi chapter of Eastern Star of Fort Calhoun, was Past President of the American Legion Auxiliary, and a member of VFW Auxiliary.
