Patricia J. Wilcox, 75, of Blair, died Wednesday, May 15, 2002 at Crowell Memorial Home in Blair.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, May 20, 2002, at the Campbell-Aman Funeral home in Blair. Interment will be in the Blair Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. on Sunday, May 19, with the family receiving friends from 6 to 8 p.m.

Patricia J. Wilcox was born Nov. 13, 1926, in Arlington to John and Henrietta (Rann) Fitch. She attended Blair High School, graduating in May 1944. She received her nursing degree from the University of Nebraska School of Nursing in Omaha.

On Sept. 22, 1948, she married Robert Wilcox in Blair. They lived in the Rockford, Ill., area, where she was a nurse at the local hospital. In 1959, they moved back to Blair, where she worked at Memorial Community Hospital until her retirement in 1973.

She is survived by her husband, Robert; daughter, Susan Jensen of Fort Dodge, Iowa; son and daughter-in-law, Robin and Patty Wilcox of Kanab, Utah; nine grandchildren and their spouses; 11 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Joyce Cramton of Omaha.

Memorials are suggested to the Washington County Chapter of the American Cancer Society, or to Crowell Memorial Home.
