Services for Thomas R. (Murphy) Vitale, 71 of Omaha were Monday, October 30, 1995 at St. Thomas More Church in Omaha. Burial was in Holy Sepulcher Cemetery will full military honors by the Benson Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 2503.

Thomas R. Vitale was a member of the Sons of Italy. He was also a veteran.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Angela and Lucia Vitale.

He is survived by a brother, Joseph A.; sisters, Nancy A. Bisbee, Angela and her husband, Tony Murante, all of Omaha; daughters and sons-in-law, Susan and Rodney Busskohl, Blair; Kathy and James Dishman of Austin, Texas; a grandson, Brian Busskohl; aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins and a longtime friend, Cookie Prusha.

Memorials may be directed to the Thomas R. Vitale Scholarship Fund, c/o Creighton Prep or St. Thomas More Endowment Fund.

Heafey-Heafey-Hoffmann-Dworak-Cutler’s West Center Chapel in Omaha was in charge of arrangements.
