Marsha A. (Rosenbaum) Vogt, 64, of Blair, died Friday, March 3, 2006, at Clarkson Hospital in Omaha.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 7, at First United Methodist Church in Blair. Interment will be in the Kennard Cemetery.

Marsha Ann Vogt was born Nov. 2, 1941, in Kennard to Walter and Carrie (Uttermann) Rosenbaum. She attended March and Brewster schools and graduated from Kennard High School in 1960. She met Leland L. Vogt while working as a waitress; the couple was married Sept. 24, 1960.

She attended secretarial school for business students. She conducted an “egg route” from 1965 until 1980; and worked at D. L. Blair from 1992 until 2003.

Throughout her life, she had a variety of interests. She loved people, especially her children and grandchildren. She also enjoyed puzzles and playing cards, as well as good conversation.

She is remembered as a very special woman and a loving friend. She was a hardworking person and a loyal wife, mother, and friend. She touched the lives of many who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her husband, Leland; son, Lee, of Denver, Colo.; daughters and sons-in-law, Vicki and Rod Christensen of Blair, Audra and Kevin Heltzel of Bellevue; four grandchildren; sisters and brother-in-law, Connie and Bob Sheets of Blair and Sharon Pedersen of Longmont, Colo.; brothers, Rodney Rosenbaum of Kennard and Donald Rosenbaum of Fremont.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother, Ronald Rosenbaum.

Memorials are suggested to the family.
