Venessa M. Ernesti, 47

Venessa M. Ernesti, 47, of Clearwater, formerly of Fremont, died Monday, December 24, 2012, at Methodist Hospital in Omaha.

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, December 29, at Moser Memorial Chapel in Fremont. Visitation will be Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. with family receiving friends from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. The visitation will continue one hour prior to service time on Saturday at the funeral home.

Venessa Mae Appleby was born on August 28, 1965, in Fremont to Wayne and Rosetta Mae (Theye) Appleby.

She was raised in Kennard and graduated from Arlington High School in 1983.

On May 6, 1989, she married Lawrence E. Ernesti Jr. in Arlington.

They lived in Fremont 14 years and then moved to Clearwater in 2008. She was currently working at Elkhorn Valley Farms in O' Neill.

She was very fond of her cats.

She was a member of the Church of Christ in Ewing.

She is survived by her husband, Lawrence, of Clearwater; sons, Jesse Upchurch and Cody Ernesti, both of Fremont; daughters, Nicole Ernesti and Rachel Ernesti, both of Fremont; parents, Wayne and Rosetta Mae Appleby of Fremont; brothers and sisters-in-law, Doug and Tina Appleby of Fremont and Shane and Karlaye Appleby of Wausa; seven grandchildren; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by grandparents, an aunt, mother-in-law and father- in-law.
