Donna Pash, 85

Donna Pash, 85, formerly of Missouri Valley, Iowa, died on Saturday December 29, 2012, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, January 5, 2013, at the United Methodist Church in Missouri Valley. Visitation with the family will be Friday, January 4, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Hennessey Funeral Home in Missouri Valley.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Sharon and John Muse of Oklahoma City, four grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Donna Belle Pash, age 85, formerly of Missouri Valley, Iowa, passed away Saturday, December 29, 2012 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Donna was born January 2, 1927 in Randolph, Nebraska to Donald and Vernie (Meyers) Haward. She attended school at Harlan, Iowa. She married Kenneth Pash in Maysville, Missouri. To this union came two daughters, Virginia and Sharon. Donna moved to Missouri Valley with her husband in 1948. When she wasn’t busy helping her husband on the farm she enjoyed dancing, reading, working in her garden and playing cards with family and friends. In 2002 she moved to Oklahoma City, to be close to Sharon.

Survivors include her daughter Sharon (John) Muse of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; grandchildren: Janet (Ron) Markus, Don (Jennifer) Lee, Debbie (Matt) Johnson, Craig (Dixie) Gorham; step-grandchildren: Lisa (Kenny) Kreps, Joy Hansen; ten great-grandchildren.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents; husband Kenneth; daughter Virginia Lee; sister Shirley Lawrence.

Visitation with the family will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday at the Hennessey Funeral Home in Missouri Valley, Iowa.

The family would like to invite everyone to a time of lunch and fellowship at the United Methodist Church after the committal service.
