Max Klotz Died Sunday

63 Year Old Blair Man Died At His Home Sunday

A lifetime resident of Washington County, Max Klotz, 63 years of age, died at his home at 457 South 21st. St. Sunday.

Funeral services will be held at the Kennard Methodist Church Tuesday, Dec. 18th. at 2 o’clock, the Rev. Samuel Hemphill officiating with interment in Kennard Cemetery.

Mr. Klotz was born Jan. 1, 1899 on a farm near Kennard. He farmed his entire life and since moving to Blair in 1949, has been active in farming.

Mr. and Mrs. Klotz were married Sept. 5, 1923.

He is survived by his wife, Margaret; two daughters, Mrs. Donald Limbeck (Beverly) of Minneapolis, Minn., and Mrs. Warren Nielsen (Phyllis) of Blair; two sons, Chris and Merritt Klotz, both of Kennard; a sister, Mrs. Henry Rix of Kennard; two brothers, George Klotz of Blair and Albert Klotz of Kennard and 18 grandchildren.

The Bendorf Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
