BLAIRITES’ KIN IS BURIED HERE

John D. Willard, who died at the Stricklett Nursing home on April 17, was buried Friday in Blair cemetery, following brief services at Bendorf Funeral Home. The Rev. Sidney McCraig presided.

A resident of Sauck Center, Minn., Mr. Willard was 68 years old when he died. The late Mrs. Willard, who passed away nearly three years ago, was the former Ella Hudelson of Blair. Also preceding Mr. Willard in death were five brothers and four sisters; besides several distant relatives, including some Blairites, he leaves a brother, Harry W. Willard of Gilmore City, Ia.
