Betty L. Williams, 76, of Ralston and formerly of Blair, died Sunday, July 4, 1999, at Methodist Hospital in Omaha.

Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 7, at Westcenter Chapel. The Rev. Gene Loftis will officiate.

Visitation will be Tuesday, July 6, from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Westcenter Chapel.

Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park.

Betty L. Williams was born March 6, 1923, to Albert and Irma (McNutt) Johnson.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Randy and Kathy Williams of Topeka, Kan.; daughters and sons-in-law, Cynthia and David Scheidmantel of Grand Rapids, Mich., and Barbara and Michael Hardin of Ralston; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James P. Williams.

Memorials are suggested to the Arthritis Foundation.
